	JIM LYON - Over the Bar
	Jim Lyon passed away this evening (9/28/07)
	It is with very sad and heavy heart that I write this email. My dad, Jim Lyon passed away this evening. He had found out this morning that his cancer had spread to his liver. He was to start chemo on Wednesday. He was having a very hard time dealing with his diagnosis and kept saying he wasn't sure he wanted to go through all the treatments. The Lord speared him from having to make that decision. He had a heart attack and they were unable to revive him at the emergency room. The doctors said he wasn't conscious and never suffered. My dad always said this was the way he wanted to go. He loved his Navy buddies and talked about y'all often. He was very bummed not make the Nashville Reunion this year. He loved all the jokes and stories. Please keep our family in your thoughts and prayers, we have a long road ahead with out him and it will be very hard.
